I am passionate about educating and empowering new and expectant parents, as they navigate their way through this new phase in their lives. My birth and postpartum doula services and childbirth education classes are evidence based, culturally sensitive, and aim to help you develop trust in your body and the birth process.
I am based in London, Ontario, and am so honored to serve the wide-world community via my virtual classes and doula support.
