Postpartum services have a minimum of 4 hour bookings between 9 AM to 6 PM

How is a postpartum doula different than a nanny or a babysitter?

Unlike a nanny or babysitter, a postpartum doula focuses on supporting the whole family during the postpartum period. This includes helping parents recover, offering emotional support, and providing education on newborn care, rather than just caring for the baby.

When should I book a postpartum doula?

It’s best to book a postpartum doula during your pregnancy to ensure availability. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests, so don’t hesitate to reach out after your baby arrives.

What kind of support do you provide?

We offer a wide range of services, including:

Assisting with newborn care, like feeding, diapering, and bathing
Supporting recovery from birth
Helping establish feeding routines (breastfeeding, formula, or combination)
Providing emotional support and a listening ear
Light household tasks to create a more peaceful environment
Light mealprep to ensure you have nourishing meals accessible
Connecting you with local resources and professionals

Do you help with overnight care?

Unfortunately, overnight doula support is currently unavailable

Can you support families with multiples (twins, triplets, etc.)?

Absolutely! We have experience working with families welcoming multiples and can provide tailored care to meet the unique needs of your growing family.
